Trumuno Footy ("we", "us", "our") is a skill-based football score prediction platform operated by Trumuno Footy Ltd (a company being registered in England and Wales). Our registered contact email is info@trumunofooty.com.
By accessing or using www.trumunofooty.com (the "Platform"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use Trumuno Footy. By registering, you confirm that:
- You are 13 years of age or older.
- You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
- You will provide accurate information when creating your account.
3. The service
Trumuno Footy is a free, skill-based prediction game. Users predict football match scores and nominate a goalscorer per round. Points are awarded as follows:
- Exact correct score: 3 points
- Correct result (not score): 1 point
- Correct scorer pick bonus: +1 point
No real money is wagered or won on this Platform. Trumuno Footy is a game of skill and entertainment, not a gambling or betting service.
4. Your account
You are responsible for:
- Keeping your login credentials secure.
- All activity that occurs under your account.
- Notifying us immediately at info@trumunofooty.com if you suspect unauthorised access.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose.
- Attempt to manipulate predictions, scores, or leaderboards.
- Create multiple accounts to gain an unfair advantage.
- Harass, abuse, or harm other users.
- Scrape, copy, or reverse-engineer any part of the Platform.
- Upload or transmit malicious code or spam.
6. Intellectual property
All content on the Platform — including the name "Trumuno Footy", logo, design, and code — is owned by or licensed to us. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.
Football fixture data is provided by API-Football (api-sports.io). Player names and match data belong to their respective rights holders.
7. Availability & changes
We provide the Platform on a best-efforts basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access and may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time. We will try to give reasonable notice of significant changes.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Trumuno Footy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform. Our total liability to you shall not exceed £100.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death, personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
10. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting a notice on the Platform or by email. Continued use of the Platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
